一、简介

陈华,男,博士,副教授。长期从事精密卫星定位定轨理论方法及其应用研究。目前,已主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等科研以及工程项目20余项;已发表论文30余篇,获省部级科技进步特等奖1项,一等奖1项。
